WINE CORRESPONDENT ALLIANCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Wine Correspondent Alliance Scholarship Award is designed to aid students entering wine-related industries by providing supplementary financial resources and to increase diversity in trained professionals that undertake studies in enology, sustainability, viticulture, the health aspects of food and wine including the economics of wineries and vineyards.

Each award provides up to $2,000 for the year. Other awards may apply.

The Wine Correspondent Alliance is an independent, nonprofit corporation that raises private gifts in support of the Alliance and as such may legally consider any ethnicity in awarding scholarships.

Recipients must have high school or college degrees and must be legal citizens of the United States. Students’ academic qualifications, extracurricular activities and financial need are considered in selection.

The Wine Correspondent Alliance seeks to build trained professionals that undertake studies in enology, viticulture, health aspects of food and wine, and the economics of wine, wineries and vineyards by providing post high school and college graduate scholarships.  These recipients live with high ethical standards and are committed to service in their personal, school, business and community lives.
