Craft distilleries used to be popular in Chicago in the times and reigns of Big Al, but after the prohibition they were all shut down. It wasn’t until 2008, when the Koval distillery re-ignited the trade in Chicago. It’s one of the first small batch distilleries in Chicago, and one of the leading craft distilleries in the US.

Koval Single Barrel Millet Whiskey is aged in American oak casks for three years. This kosher and certified organic Whiskey is a real treat and a must-try for anybody who is up for something different.
